 ABOUT AMORALEZA

Amoraleza is situated on 4.35 hectares of land in the mountains above the towns of Órgiva and Lanjarón in Granada, Andalusia, Spain. Bordering the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, we are located 45 minutes south of Granada and 30 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea.

Our space is designed to be in harmony with nature, blending low-impact living with comfort and simplicity. Dwellings include yurts, hemp buildings, cabins, and bell tents, which serve as both private dwellings and rental accommodations. Many visitors also choose to camp, immersing themselves in the beauty of the land.

We are completely off-grid, powered entirely by solar energy. While we have a strong mobile phone and internet connection, we choose not to use Wi-Fi, encouraging a deeper connection with the present moment.

Water is a precious resource in Andalusia, and we are fortunate to receive our supply from the Rio Lanjarón through a traditional system of acequias (water channels), reservoirs, and pipes. We also have a natural swimming pool and a seasonal spring, which flows when rainfall is abundant. During drier years, we collect drinking water from Lanjarón, a town famous for its high-quality spring water.

The geodesic dome and yurt temple provide spaces for ceremonies, workshops, and gatherings, supporting both personal and collective experiences.

Our Vision

We dream of a world where people live in harmony with nature, guided by awareness, compassion, and sacred traditions. A world where healing happens through connection—to the Earth, to each other, and to the wisdom within.
